1. These terms

1.1 These terms are the contract between you and Stuart Wedge, trading as PolicyWizard, Solving Friction and Stuart Wedge Coaching ("we", "us"), of PolicyWizard.io, Office 101096, PO Box 26965, Glasgow, G1 9BW.

1.2 They apply when you buy or use any of our courses, coaching, communities or free resources. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.

1.3 Our courses, coaching and communities are delivered on Skool. Skool’s own terms also apply when you use Skool.

1.4 We may update these terms. The version published on our website when you buy applies to that purchase.

1.5 If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Buying and payment

2.1 All purchases are made through Skool. Skool is the merchant of record and takes your payment.

2.2 Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Skool may add VAT or sales tax depending on where you live.

2.3 Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Skool. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

2.4 You must be 18 or older to buy from us.

3. Courses

3.1 Courses are self-paced and delivered in the Classroom of our Skool community.

3.2 You keep access for as long as we offer the course in the community. If we stop offering it, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email.

3.3 Courses do not include a certificate, badge or exam.

3.4 Templates are a starting point for you to adapt to your organisation. You may use and amend them for your own organisation but may not share, sell or publish them.

4. Coaching

4.1 Coaching is delivered one-to-one by video call on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, booked through Calendly. What each plan includes is described on the offer page at the time you join.

4.2 You can reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. A session missed or cancelled with less notice counts as used.

4.3 Unused sessions do not carry over after your plan ends and are not refunded.

4.4 Coaching is not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and their results.

4.5 Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in advance.

5. Refunds

5.1 Apart from your statutory rights, payments are non-refundable.

5.2 If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel. For a course, you agree that access starts immediately when you buy, and your right to cancel ends once you start accessing it. For coaching that starts within the 14 days at your request, you pay for the coaching you have received.

6. Results

6.1 We use reasonable care and skill. We do not promise any particular result, including a job offer, promotion, exam pass, or certification of your organisation.

7. Your obligations

7.1 You must not:

(a) share your Skool login or let anyone else use your access;

(b) copy, record, share or sell any course, coaching or community material without our written consent;

(c) post anything unlawful, abusive or harassing, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights; or

(d) post confidential information belonging to your employer or anyone else.

7.2 In our communities, keep criticism focused on ideas, treat members with respect, and do not promote or sell your own services without our permission.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All materials we provide belong to us. PolicyWizard™ is a trademark of Stuart Wedge.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 We keep what you share in coaching confidential, unless the law requires us to disclose it or we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

9.2 Anything you post in a community can be seen by other members and is not confidential.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10.3 If you use our services for business purposes, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

11. Suspension and termination

11.1 We may suspend or end your access without a refund if you materially breach these terms.

11.2 Sections 8, 9 and 10 continue after the contract ends.

12. General

12.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including Skool, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Calendly being unavailable.

12.2 If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

12.3 Only you and we have rights under these terms.

12.4 These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings where you live.
